It gives a little intro regarding the circumstances of the recording plus video of “the sights and sounds” of historical Makkah. It is a reading of Surat Al-Duhaa 93 “The Morning Hours,” also featured in this more recent but still historical reading by Abdel-Basit Abdulsamad.
